I have Outlook 2016 for mac with Office School/Work 365 subscription and an Exchange account. The Send Later arrow/button does not show up under the Send button. I wonder what the issue is. My Office School/Work 365 subscription is linked to a certain personal email account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that I do not use to send mails: the address for which I want to use Send Later my primary mail is my work email, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, which is obviously different from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** The complicate things, I have a delegate account, which is a third email address, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** It is this account the account from which I would also want to schedule emails. However, I do not see the Send Later button for mails from my primary account, nor for my delegate account. Just no button. Is the issue that I cannot use any of my work email account? Why would that be the case? If this is not the case, what is the problem? Thank you in advance Ari. Hi aribt, According to this article:, we need to meet the following requirements. ========================= To use Send Later you need to have an Office 365 subscription and an Exchange-based email account. An Exchange-based account could be Exchange 2016 CU5 and later, Office 365, or a migrated Outlook.com account. You'll find Send Later in Outlook update 09 and later. ============================ If you make sure you try to send emails from your Office 365 Exchange based account, and you cannot find send later button referring to the above article, to get professional assistance, I suggest you contact dedicated support via Help->contact support in Outlook for Mac. Send email later on Outlook 2016 for Mac? I want to schedule an email to be sent in the AM. Can I do this either with Outlook for Mac itself OR a third-party add-in? Even a detached third party app?
